I would hope there’s a discount for cash payment. But there’s not. Other than that, everything is great. Congee tasted really good.

The person at the reception had no clue what he was doing, I show him my bag ready for pick up, then he ask me if I paid for, holding in his hand the invoice from online transaction. Then he apologize saying that it was the first time when he was doing this!
Anyway food was excellent so I may come back. An elevator would be very nice those stairs are a challenge for a senior person.

I’ve enjoyed Dim Sum King many times. The last time I was there was a little disappointing but not so bad that I’d given up on them. Today was disastrous. I ordered pickup of a double order of my wife’s favourite dish to cheer her as she was having a rough day. They packaged an item that does not resemble the description or the picture on their menu. I reported the issue using the “Report Problem” feature of their web site nearly 3 hours ago but have gotten no response and, now that it is dinner time, I can’t imagine they will respond. As they thoughtfully granted themselves a mandatory tip, they really ought to do better. Needless to say, this did nothing to lift my wife’s spirits and I’ll be going elsewhere the next time I’m in the mood for dim sum. :-(.
